Take out review only. Interior did look nice, also had outdoor seating. But I did take out. Beet salad was fresh, tons of beets and arugala. Garlic naan was good with tons of garlic. Butter chicken was a tad spicy, good flavor, but barely any chicken. The chicken itself was also dry even tho its sitting in sauce. The saag paneer was good but not very flavorful. Have had better.

My group and I had a wonderful time celebrating my sister’s bachelorette brunch at IndeBlue! Every single dish was excellent - highly recommend the crispy spinach chaat, the brussel sprouts, and the saag paneer as standouts. They even brought out a sorbet as a special gesture for the bride to be! Our server was friendly, attentive, and helpful as well. Only the biggest compliments for IndeBlue :)

We both got the thali and it was absolutely delicious! 😍 Crispy Spinach chaat was my favorite! I can’t stop eating it. Everything was very flavorful and tasted authentic. The portions were great and we loved getting to try a variety of dishes. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was lovely.❤️

The atmosphere was excellent, indeed the waitress who took care of us was awesome aswell. The place looks pretty good and very clean. Ambiance was very pleasant aswell, but when it comes to food it’s not what authentic it looks. The basics were ok, like the samosa etc, but the main course was very disappointing. Feel bad writing this review but I’m being honest, the Biriyani is not Biriyani at all, tasted more like a tomato rice. Paneer tikka was just tomato gravy and paneer in it, has no masala or what so ever. The palak paneer was good, it had blend of all green veggies, somehow the flavor was different and much better. Naan was very disappointing, it felt more like a papad, it was so thin didn’t have any meat on it. Felt like you could eat 5 of them and still won’t be full. One can tell by the way naan bread is made, how well the chef is, unfortunately it was very disappointing. Don’t go with Indian flavor expectations if one dines here, it’s more suited for bare minimum flavors and someone wants low taste pallet profile. We live an hr away and keep coming back. The food is so good and the staff so nice. They have a ton of vegetarian and a few vegan options. They have an option for $49/person or ala carte. Samosas are so good. Lots of different Naan toppings. Good portions to have individually with room to go or share for a smaller meal. Good prices. There is only 1 single bathroom, but it is a small restaurant. Dark lighting. Sometimes there is outdoor seating that it covered by roof and back only. Pictures from last 4yrs
